Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components
A special item can be used to evolve certain Pokemon. The upgrade can be obtained by spinning a PokeStop photo disc. It is sometimes offered as a prize during Pokemon GO events.
Upgrades can be applied to armors, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to boost their level. The upgrade costs Flightstones or crests based on the kind of item.
Upgrade components
Upgrade components can be inserted into trinkets, armors, weapons and other tools for gathering in order to provide attribute bonuses or other effects when the equipment is being used. The equipment that is upgraded must have an available upgrade slot that can accept the component, and most upgrade components require the item being upgraded to be at a certain level. Some upgrade item s have special effects that are visible when they are applied. Upgrade components can be acquired through crafting, bought from karma traders or traded with other players on the Trading Post or salvaged from equipment, or obtained as rewards during games.
There are various upgrade components, each of which comes with a different bonus. Universal upgrades such as gems and inscriptions can be used on any type of equipment. They offer fewer bonuses than the other types of upgrade component. Infusions are utilized in non-amulet equipment that is ascended and legendary equipment, and enrichments are used to upgrade certain ascended back items. Most upgrade components can be replaced when they are slotted into an item, but doing so destroys the previous upgrade. The exceptions are glyphs (which can only be used in gathering tools) and Enchantments, which can be removed and put back in.
Insignias and enchantments will display their names on the hover display of the item while prefix and suffix upgrades will add their names to the end of the name of the equipment (e.g. for example, a Radiant Insignia on Tyrian Armor would change the name to Radiant Tyrian Armor). The number of upgrade components that have been added to an item will be visible in the tooltip of the item.
Glyphs
Glyphs are special characters that can be added into an OpenType font to add functional or decorative elements such as ligatures, ornaments, fractions and swashes, registered trademark symbols and ellipses. The Glyphs panel lets you see and insert these particular characters, as well as normal glyphs, such as em dashes and en dieshes registered trademark symbols, as well as glyphs that do not appear in other fonts (such as dingbats).
Each Glyph provides a character with a boost in their primary stats. The glyph can also have up to four secondary stats that will alter the radius of your Paragon Board. Secondary Stats are a percentage increase that is multiplied by additional bonuses, excluding Speed Glyphs that directly increase the speed of the hero.
Selecting the Glyphs and clicking "enchant" will activate the Glyphs. This will open a new window showing the Glyphs you have available that can be applied to the selected item. You are only able to apply the correct Glyph to the selected item. Every weapon or jewelry piece has its own collection of Glyphs.
Glyphs can be leveled up by completing Nightmare Dungeons or completing Tree of Whisper quests. The more challenging the dungeon, the higher the amount of Glyph experience that you will gain. Once item upgrade is at level 15 it is able to be upgraded via the Glyph Upgrade Altar. Upgrading a Glyph increases its radius on the Paragon Board by one node every 15 levels.
Once a Glyph is elevated to the desired level, you can activate it by selecting it, then clicking the "enchant" button. The resulting glyph will provide the stated bonus and also boost all the other nodes within its radius on the Paragon Board. Glyphs should be placed in areas that will benefit your build the most. This is why you should prioritise Magic Glyphs as soon as possible. Rare glyphs, however, could offer double bonuses if certain conditions are fulfilled and therefore are worth checking out for.
Click the cycle widget to alter the view of the Glyphs Panel. Each of these views displays the Glyphs using a different font. You can narrow down the list of glyphs you want to see by selecting an option beneath "Entire Font". For example, punctuation only displays punctuation glyphs. Math Symbols limits the selection to mathematical symbols.
Rerolling
Rerolling is a method in which you create a new account to give yourself more opportunities to play a character or weapon that you are interested in. This is done to increase your level faster, or to obtain more loot, such as an additional weapon for your character. Many players roll again until they find the characters that they like, regardless of their power. This can be because they like the character's style or personality.
You should ensure that you make a clean change when you reroll. You should verify locally if the patch passes the pre-commit test and run a core dev test. It is also recommended to upload the patch to an issue by using an unmodified diff (see What's the deal with an interdiff? ).
Rerolls can take days or weeks to complete, based on the luck you have. During this time, it is recommended to avoid optional enemy camps to avoid wasting time. Additionally you should not re-do any quests that are completed later in the game. This can save time and energy.
Another important consideration when rerolling is to make sure you are aware of the upgrade system. There are many ways to improve your character's appearance and power. This could include upgrading your weapons or characters, rerolling them and buying upgrades. In addition, it's important to understand the limitations of the upgrade system.
Rerolling isn't a required aspect of the game, but it can be helpful to increase your chances of obtaining a specific character or weapon. You can use it to determine the best character or to play around with different styles of play and builds.
Sets
A set is a group of objects that share common attributes (like the number of eggs in a dozen, or the members of a class). Sets permit operations like intersection, union and distinction.

When you upgrade an item, it transforms into a different version of itself that is better than the previous one. This means that the weapon and armor will have a higher defense value and less strength requirements.
Upgrading can be a great way to bring popular single-set items to the same level as their higher-tier set counterparts. Upgrades such as Guillaume's Face Helm to Elite Spired helmet can boost the defense from 217 up to 321 and decrease the strength requirements and levels to an acceptable range.
It's important to remember that not all items in the set are suitable for upgrading. Some sets, such as the FB Sorc Whistan's Shield, a spec's item or Naj's Puzzler staff are already exceptional and elite in their individual ways and do not require any upgrades. Certain items, like Goldwrap and Whistan's Shield (both BiS) that are used frequently may require an upgrade to increase their stats. For such products, it might be worth the extra cost to upp them.
